The wine is made from grapes grown specifically for making rosé, that is to say, with a maximum potential of fruitiness and freshness. The grapes, harvested in early maturity, are de-stemmed and macerate during a very short time (several hours) before being put into vats.
Merlot and cabernet sauvignon
Premius rosé has an elegant raspberry colour, followed by fresh notes of redcurrant and strawberry. The impression on the palate is fruity and crisp, with red fruit flavours leading into a lovely long, fresh finish.
Serving suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif or with salads, white meat and barbecues. Serve chilled.
