Premius Sauvignon is a beautiful pale yellow colour, and offers up pink grapefruit and passion fruit aromas. It is vibrant and fruity in the attack, marked by citrus notes that continue through to the fresh, gourmet finish.

Serving suggestions

Premius Sauvignon would make a perfect aperitif with tapas or would go excellently with seafood, fish (whiting with julienne vegetables, tuna provençale) or white meat. Serve chilled.

Winemaking techniques

Premius Sauvignon is made with pre-fermentation maceration that lasts for several days. The wine is then pressed and decanted at a low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at controlled temperatures (16°C-18°C) in stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured on fine lees for several months to develop its aromas and roundness.
