Premius Rosé is an elegant raspberry colour. It is fresh on the nose with currant and strawberry aromas. Its fruity and crisp style on the palate opens out into red fruit notes, ending with a fresh, gourmet finish.

Serving suggestions

Perfect as an aperitif, Premius Rosé also goes well with salads, white meat (curried minced veal, chicken with chanterelle mushrooms) or barbecues (chicken or red pepper skewers). Serve chilled.

Winemaking techniques

There is great potential for fruitiness and freshness. The grapes are harvested when just ripe and then destemmed (separating the grapes themselves from the green parts). The grapes spend a short period (a few hours) being macerated before being placed in vats.
