Premius Sweet White is a pale yellow colour with beautiful touches of gold. It is concentrated and very present on the nose with delicious citrus aromas backed by a touch of vanilla. The wine is perfectly balanced on the palate, where exotic fruit (banana and kiwi) mingles beautifully with fresh lemon notes.

Serving suggestions

This wine makes a perfect aperitif. It would go fantastically well with poultry, pasta, light cheeses and desserts such as flambéed pineapple or raspberry tart.

Winemaking techniques

Oenologists and winemakers work together to select the best grapes and draw out the maximum that the grape variety has to offer. To ensure perfect balance, the winemakers wait for the grapes to reach a certain level of ripeness so that they can provide the necessary sweetness for this wine. This delicate touch is balanced out by refined acidity to allow a very fresh finish to shine through. After pressing, the wine is gently fermented at a low, controlled temperature between 16 and 18° C. Once the ideal balance between alcohol and sweetness has been reached, the fermentation process is halted.
