Pale yellow colour with touches of almond green, and delicate sparkle. Fresh and elegant on the nose with lime aromas, enhanced by hints of orange and green mango. When swirled, it is delicately creamy, biscuity and slightly zesty in its expression. Fresh and fruity on the palate with very delicate bubbles. The dosage allows lime, Granny Smith apple and pear notes to shine through. Delicate touches of breadcrumb and jam emerge in the finish.
Serving suggestions
Serve at 8°C alongside dessert, or as an aperitif for sparkling evenings with friends or family.
Winemaking techniques
After an early harvest performed by hand, the various stages of the winemaking process follow the traditional method: pressing, first fermentation, second fermentation in bottle to produce the sparkle, maturation, riddling, disgorgement and bottling.
