Appetising pale pink colour and delicate bubbles. Expressive, fresh and gourmet on the nose with raspberry, blackcurrant and peppermint aromas, combined with white fruit such as nashi pear.
Rich and smooth on the palate, where a basket of red fruit leads into a finish offering up pear notes.
Serving suggestions
Serve at 8°C alongside dessert, or as an aperitif for sparkling evenings with friends or family.
Winemaking techniques
After an early harvest performed by hand, the various stages of the winemaking process follow the traditional method: pressing, first fermentation, second fermentation in bottle to produce the sparkle, maturation, riddling, disgorgement and bottling.
